  Albert E. Poppen, 75, Rt. 1, Clay City, died Saturday night at Clay City Hospital. (Clay County Hospital)?? Born Nov. 2, 1900 in Clay County, he was the son of Soeke and Mattie Dickens Poppen. He was a retired farmer. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the John T. Frank Funeral Home, where visitation will be after 6 p.m. today. Burial will be at Clay City Cemetery.
