    Notes:

    "Pete" entered the US Navy in 1941 along with his younger brother, Walter Bricker. Pete retired in 1961.
    He served as a Gunner's Mate in World War II and Korea.

    After his retirement from the Navy, he was convicted of murder when he robbed, beat, shot, and killed a man named Arthur Spotiseller in Long Beach, California on May 25, 1962. His accomplice was a woman by the name of Gladys O'Neil age 34. She died before Pete went to trial. Pete waived his right to trial by jury and was sentenced to life in prison. He died in San Quentin prison.
