    Doris “Gma” Stanley Colclasure, 80, passed away at home in Clay City, IL on the evening of January 14 2024.

    She was born on February 16 1943 in Hannibal, MO to Russell and Mildred Stanley. Doris spent a majority of her years working as a waitress and she was best known as “Gma” to many within the community from her years working at No More Nicotine in Flora, IL. Her favorite day of the week was always Sundays when family would come to her home to enjoy Sunday dinners. For those that knew her well always knew they could find her near a gaming machine trying to win big money!

    She is survived by her husband Bruce Colclasure of Clay City. Children: Jim (Sherry) Stanley of Mt. Vernon, IL, Deanna (Randy) Flood of Flora, IL, Colby Hall of Spaulding, IL, Brent (Valerie) Hall of Clay City, IL. Step-Children: Shane Colclasure of Illinois and Samantha Colclasure of Illinois. Grandchildren: Michael (Lori) Stanley of Hord, IL, Dale (Kristin) Perkins of Mt. Vernon, IL, ChyAnne (Joe) Blouin of Buckingham, Illinois. Tonya (Allen) Bonham of Flora, IL, Randel Keele of Flora, IL, Rylan (Samantha) Flood of Flora, IL, Rendell (Kaylee) Flood of Flora, IL and Trenton Flood of St. Pete, FL. Carson and Caleigh Hall of Spaulding, IL. Brandi (Austin) Runyon of Flora, IL and Samuel Hall of Clay City, IL. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

    Her final wishes were to be cremated and a celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date by the family.
