  Dorothea A. McHenry, 89, of Flora, IL died January 12, 2005 at Flora HealthCare Center. Mrs. McHenry was born February 12, 1915, in Richland County, the daughter of Ray and Dessie Kistner Bryant. She married Ray W. McHenry on June 20, 1937. He preceded her in death. She was a retired assembly worker for General Manatic and Holly Carb., a member of Louisville United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, William McHenry; two daughters Sharon Leach and Karen Hollingsworth; two grothers, Gene Henry Bryant and Dean W. Bryant; a sister, Leona Slagley; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, son, Jerry McHenry, and a brother, Oscar Bryant. Funeral services were held at Neal Funeral home with burial in Orchard Hill Cemetery. (Published Hometown Journal)
