  March 4, 1948 Olney Advocate, IL Grant Jackson, 82, well known Preston township farmer, died Sunday night at his home north of Olney after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, Mary, and four children, Charles R. Jackson of Hazel Crest, William W. Jackson of Malta, Mont., Mrs. Clara J. Snider of Dundas and Mrs. Ethel C. Kilzer of Olney. Also surviving are two grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Dora Nicholas of Lima Center, WI; one half-sister, Mrs. Pricella Struble of Olney, and one half-brother, Lee Jackson of Olney. Funeral services were held Wednesday and burial was in Haven Hill cemetery.
