  She attended the Johnson School north of Enterprise, which was located on land donated by her grandfather, George Johnson. On Oct. 5, 1913, she married James S. Gill, a farmer and oilfield employee. He died Nov. 7, 1968. Mrs. Gill was a housewife and homemaker during her marriage.
