Earned The American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with two bronze battle stars and the WWII Victory Medal. Honorably discharged as a Private First Class on November 28, 1945 at the Marine Separation Center, Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, Illinois.
