    He retired from Countrymark Oil in 2008, where he drove a truck hauling oil. His interests included NASCAR, fishing, gardening, drinking coffee with his friends, and his dogs. Bill was known as a friend to many, who would help out anyone in need. He was loved by all and will be missed by many.

    William married Tolliver, Sharon Gay on 10 Jan 1997 in Carmi, White County, Illinois. Sharon (daughter of Tolliver, J. and Hill, J.) was born on 11 Jan 1945 in Vincennes, Knox County, Indiana; died on 18 Dec 2014 in Deaconess Hospital, Evansville, Vanderburgh County, Indiana; was buried in Haven Hill Cemetery, Olney, Richland County, Illinois.     Dorothy loved being outside tending to her rose garden and other flowers and her grandchildren will always remember her for her decorated sugar cookies.
