  Glenda was born July 14, 1952 in Olney, to Dale and Bonnie (Runyon) McKnight. She married Richard Barthelemy on March 3, 1973, he survives. Glenda had a strong faith in the Lord and was a member of the Olney Church of the Nazarene and attended church at the First Christian Church of Noble. She loved family, especially her grandchildren. Glenda worked at the MotoMart in Olney for 23 years and was known for her contagious laugh and jovial personality. She took pleasure in reading her devotional books and watching TV. She is survived by her husband, Richard Barthelemy of Noble; sons, Chad Barthelemy and wife Shelly of Noble, and Shanon Barthelemy and wife Jennifer of Newton, IL; 6 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild; brothers, Allen D. (JoAnn) McKnight of Flora and Brent (Paula) McKnight of Olney; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and best friend, Sandra Whitney. A funeral service will be held for Glenda at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Noble Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Linda E. White Hospice House.
