  April Tina Boulb, 34 April Tina Boulb, 34, of Olney, died at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, September 24, 2002, at University of Chicago Hospital. There will be no visitation. The body is being cremated. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney with Reverend Michael Bever officiating. Interment will be at a later date. Ms. Boulb was born on February 17, 1968, in Olney, the daughter of Cecil L. and Betty (Jackson) Boulb. She was a homemaker. Ms. Boulb is survived by her mother, Betty Boulb, of Olney; three children, Meagan Adams, Chelsey Boulb and Jakob Boulb, all at home; three brothers, Steven Boulb, of Olney, Leonard Boulb, of Lincoln, and Brian Boulb, of Coleman, Fla.; and two sisters, Sonia Boulb, of Olney, and Debbie Knauf, of Fla. She was preceded in death by her father. Memorials may be made to the April Tina Boulb Memorial for Children.
