  Donna Rae Brassie, 77, of Willis, TX, formerly of Olney, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at her home. Ms. Brassie was born August 26, 1938 in Olney, Illinois, the daughter of Lloyd Brassie and Iva Turner. Donna worked many years for Motorolla and later retired as a social worker for DCFS in the State of Illinois. She is survived by her daughter, Tana Yingst of Robinson, IL; sisters, Sandra Pennington of Searcy, AR, Karen Osborn of Searcy, AR, and Linda Johnson of Champaign, IL; brother, Robert Brassie of Willis, TX; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Brassie, mother, Iva Turner, sons, Michael Brassie Sr., Robert A. Brassie, and Douglas E. Wyatt. Donna will be sadly missed by family and friends.
