- Doris Jean Rubsam, 81, of Olney, IL, died at 4:27 p.m., Friday, April 19, 2013, at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, IL.
Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m., Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney with a private family service at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Brother Mike Knepper officiating. Entombment will be at Crest Haven Memorial Park in Claremont, IL.
Doris was born February 8, 1932, in Wheeler, IL, the daughter of Charles Ray Hanna and Mary Ann Elizabeth Padgett.
She married Walter John Rubsam on November 7, 1950. He preceded her in death on January 14, 2007.
Doris is survived by her daughter, Sharon Rubsam of Cantrall, IL; son, Tony Rubsam and wife, Marsha, of Effingham, IL; son, Bradley Rubsam and wife, Wendy, of Olney, IL; daughter, Gail Rubsam, of Cantrall, IL; grandson, B. C. Rubsam and wife, Billie, of Olney, IL; granddaughter, Nikki Rubsam Kruger and husband, Ryan, of Dieterich, IL; grandson, Tyler Rubsam, of Olney, IL; great-grandchildren, Alexis and Kaylee, of Olney, IL and great-grandson, Keaton Kruger, of Dieterich, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and daughter, Jill Rubsam.
