    • Jack Warren Robinson, age 78, of Collinsville, IL, passed away at 6:43 am, Sunday, May 12, 2013 at Cedarhurst Assisted Living & Memory Care Center in Collinsville, IL.

      Jack was born October 4, 1934 in Louisville, Illinois, the son of Loren and Inez (Bryan) Robinson. He married Mary Anne Tickle on April 3, 1960 in Dyersburg, Tennessee. She preceded him in death on October 11, 2011.

      He was retired from Maryland Casualty after 37 years and from the Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance Company. He was a member of Meadows Heights Baptist Church of Collinsville, Illinois, a past master and 50 year member of Collinsville Lodge 712 A.F. and A.M., a member of Collinsville York Rite and Granite City York Rite, a member of York Rite College #33 and the K.Y.C.H. A Past Patron and member of Collinsville Eastern Star and a member New Hope Eastern Star in Granite City. He was a past Watchman of member New Hope Eastern Star in Granite City. He was a past Watchman of Purity White Shrine in Collinsville and a member of Hanna White Shrine in Highland.

      Jack is survived by daughter Cheryl Palmer; brother, Harold Robinson; and sister, Aretha Young and two grandchildren, Katelyn and Rachael Palmer.

      He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, infant daughters (Ruth Ann Robinson and Sharon Kay Robinson).

      Funeral service was held at J.W. Neal Funeral Home.

      Interment was at Orchard Hill Cemetery, Louisville, IL.

      Memorial donations were made to the St. John's Community Care of Collinsville
