  Louisville -- Martin Thomas Hord, 95, of Louisville died at 2:35 PM Saturday, January 4, 2003, at Flora Pavilion, Flora. Funeral service will be at 11 AM Tuesday at Neil Funeral Home, Louisville, with burial in Old Union Cemetery, rural Louisville. Visitation will be for one hour before the service. Memorials may be made to Clay County Heart Fund. Mr. Hord was born May 3, 1908, in Clay County, the son of James R. And Zenora (Ashcraft) Hord. He married Lena Mae Hord on February 26, 1930, in Louisville. He was retired house parent for the Cunningham Children's Home, Urbana, and was a member of the Hord Congregational Christian Church, Hord. Surviving are his wife; son, Kenneth (wife, Patsy Ann) Hord of Louisville; daughter, Mrs., Dolores (husband, Floyd) Miller of Effingham; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and four great-great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Leland Hord; two brothers, John and Luther; and one sister Laura.
