  Reunion in Wynoose. Burial at a later date in Liberty Cemetery in Wakefield. Mrs. Newton was born February 5, 1926, in Olney, the daughter of Lloyd and Ina (Fuson) Combs. She married W. Morgan Newton in Urbana, Ill., on January 22, 1949. He preceded her in death in 1987. She graduated from Olney Township High School in 1942 and from University of Illinois in 1947. She helped her husband with his practice of veterinary medicine and was a Mother and homemaker. She was of the Methodist faith. Mrs. Newton is survived by her son, William Newton, of South Haven, Miss; daughter, Martha Jean Newton-Yoho, of Leroy, Kan.; sister, Marjorie Zerkle, of Olney; brothers, Gerald F. Combs, of Hattiesburg, Miss., and Marion "Bill" Combs, of Olney; two sisters-in-law, Mary Newton, of Coal Valley, Ill., and Cathy Combs, of Olney; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Ina Combs, and her husband, Dr. W. Morgan Newton. Published in Olney Daily Mail (IL) ~ December 3, 2012
