      Charles Percy Abbott Victim Of Tuberculosis of Stomach
      Homer, April 23 — Charles Percy Abbott died at his home here this morning about 9 o'clock after a short illness of tuberculosis of the stomach. He was born Feb. 12, 1884 at Homer.
      The decedent is survived by his mother, Mrs. E. Barnes, and the following brothers and sisters. Abe and Harry Abbott, of Homer; Reuben of Tolono; Roy and Benton, who are now in France; Mrs. William Ogelsby of the state of Washington; Mrs. Alice Jordan of Homer, and Mrs. Grace Bird of Champaign.
      The funeral will be held from the home on Friday morning. Reverend McEwan will officiate. Burial will be made at the old Homer cemetery.
