She was born October 25, 1953 in Lawrenceville, IL to Charles & Betty (Harding) Dunlap. She married Kenneth Brinkley on September 7, 1984 in Lawrenceville. She was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church of Flora. Cindy enjoyed music, reading, studying the Bible, collecting Longaberger baskets, and antiques. She is survived by her husband: Kenny Brinkley of Flora; children: Jamison Eagle & wife Charlotte of Flora, Jesse Brinkley & wife Lauryn of Edwardsville, and Alison Brinkley of Flora; 2 grandchildren: Sasha & Temperance Eagle of Flora. She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister (Sherry Dunlap). Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday (October 2, 2010) at First Christian Church in Flora with Ben VanHyning and Rob Clifton officiating. Visitation will be from 10 AM until time of service on Saturday at the church. Memorials may be made to the Alison Brinkley Education Fund. Frank & Bright Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
