    • Tammy June McQuaid, 40, of Olney, died at 2:35 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2007, at Richland Care & Rehab in Olney.

      Mrs. McQuaid was born August 10, 1966, in Vanderburgh County, Ind., the adopted daughter of Daniel and Faye Ridgely. She married Todd McQuaid on October 15, 2004. He survives.

      She was a graduate of Olney Central College, a homemaker and a member of Parkersburg United Methodist Church.

      Mrs. McQuaid is survived by her husband, Todd McQuaid; and daughters, Ashley Clark and Shayla Clark.

      In her adoptive family, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Dan Ridgely; sisters, Monica Powers, Lee Ann Warren and Terry Fleming; brother, Jan; and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her half-sister, Evelyn Stanton; half-brothers, Junior Storey, Ronnie Storey, and Jamie Storey; and several nieces and nephews.

      She was preceded in death by her adoptive father, Daniel Ridgely, brother, Gary, and sister, Sheryl.

      Funeral services were held at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney with Pastor Kenny Rutherford officiating.

      Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg.

      Memorials were made to Hospice of Southeastern Illinois or American Cancer Society.
