  Mrs. George (Rozetta Ratliff) Collins, 70, of Route 3, died Thursday in the Illini House. Funeral services in the J. J. Moran & Sons Funeral Home. Burial in Graceland Cemetery. Mrs. Collins was born in Montezuma, In., a daughter of Thomas and Elsie Borden Cook. She came to Decatur in 1921. She married Isaac David Ratliff Sept. 3, 1921, in Decatur. He died Aug. 21, 1943. She married George H. Collins Dec. 17, 1944, in Decatur. He died Nov. 19, 1962. Surviving are stepsons Clifford Ratliff, William O. Ratliff and Ray Houston Ratliff; stepdaughter Mrs. Corina Murphy; brother Ernest Cook of Mecca, Ind.; sister Mrs. Oscar (Gertrude) Eaton of Vedersburg, Ind. Decatur, IL, Herald, 1-26-1974
