  Martha M. Worrell, 70, life-long resident of Richland County, passed away Sunday afternoon, 29 Aug. 1971, at the Richland Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Worrell was born April 4, 1901, a daughter of Adolph and Mary Ann (Dietrich) Sterchi. In Olney, on June 4, 1934 she was united in marriage with Luther Worrell. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ and of the Order of Eastern Star, Olney Chapter No. 100. Besides her husband, she is survived by one step-daughter, Mrs. Betty Rae West of Michigan; five brothers, William and Albert Sterchi of Mendota, Ill.; Walter and Robert, both of Olney, and Paul of Dundas; three sisters, Mrs. Herman Buss and Mrs. Bertha Schilt of Olney and Mrs. Julius Musgrove of Marion, Ill.; three step-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Arnold, and three sisters, Mrs. Eda Yousey, Miss Minnie Sterchi and Miss Sophia Sterchi. Funeral services for Mrs. Martha M. Worrell will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of the Zirkle Mortuary with the Rev. Carey Christy officiating. Interment will be in the Haven Hill Cemetery.
