    • David served in the U.S. Navy with the Naval Construction Battalion stationed in Puerto Rico where he met and married his wife, Anna. He worked for the railroad prior to joining the Navy and later built laundromats for Kerby and worked at Lincoln Auto Parts. He was a deputy for the Clay County Sheriff's Office, worked as an EMT for the Campbell and Clay County Ambulance Service, and was a dispatcher for the Flora Police Department. David enjoyed traveling, building and painting model cars, wood projects, and spending time with his special dog Boo Boo. He was a member of the Flora VFW Post 3999 and Flora American Legion Post 14.
