  June L. Bible, 98, of Louisville passed away at 11:00 am, Thursday, June 23, 2022 at the Flora Rehab and Health Care in Flora. June was born on June 1, 1924, in Flora, Illinois the daughter of James and Fannie (Greenwood) Clark. She married Cleo Andrew Bible, in St. Louis, Missouri on July 18, 1942, and they shared 79 years of marriage before he preceded her in death on March 6, 2022. In her early years she worked at Spartans, in Flora, and then was mostly a homemaker taking care of her family. She loved to cook, do word puzzles, and was a quilter. June was a member of the Red Brush Christian Church in Louisville. June is survived by her children, Sandra (Bob) Porter of Louisville, Jerry Bible of Louisville, Gary (Pamela) Bible of Flora; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren. June was preceded in death by her parents; 1 great grandchild, Amanda Brank; brother, Rollie Clark; and sister, Opalene Hinman. Funeral services honoring June’s life will be held at 2:30 pm, Monday, June 27, 2022 at the McGriff Funeral Home in Louisville with Cecil Cochran officiating. Burial will follow at the Red Brush Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday afternoon at the funeral home where friends may call from 2:00 to 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Red Brush Christian Church.
