- Lloyd Ronald "Ron" Schwarzlose was born on June 25, 1937 in Edwards County, Illinois, the son of Lloyd Ellis and Margaretha (Kieser) Schwarzlose. He married Raedell Thomas on October 21, 1966. She preceded him in death on July 28, 2005. He then married Juanita Davis on September 2, 2006. She survives.
Ron was Vice President of Tri-State Developing (Steve Zanetis Oil Co.), where he worked from 1959 to August 2012. He was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church and the Petroleum Club in Olney.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita Schwarzlose of Olney; Daughter, Sherry Snyder and husband, Richard of Calhoun, IL; Son, Terry Blackford and wife, Linda of Sapulpa, OK; Son, Benny Blackford and wife, Terrie of Newburgh, IN; Daughter, Deborah Waxler and husband, Tim of Claremont, IL; Daughter, Kathryn Judy and husband, David of Noble, IL; Son, Randy Blackford and wife, Ann of Olney; Son, Ronald "Bud" Schwarzlose of Albion, IL; Son, David Blackford and wife, Darla of Greenville, IL; Son, Scott Blackford and wife, Sue of Monroe, LA; Daughter, Virginia Rile of Killeen, TX; Son, Jeff Russell of Olney; Brother, Gene Schwarzlose and wife, Linda of Olney; Sisters, Wilma Hewlett of Knox, IN, Sharon McCay and husband Jim of Michigan City, IN, and Marcey Jernas and husband, Don of Tippecanoe, IN; 22 Grandchilden and 22 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Raedell, one brother-in-law and three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Immanuel United Methodist Church.
