Neal loved his family and adored his loving wife Carolyn. He enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Neal was a Marine Corps veteran during the Korean Conflict. He was also a member of the American Legion, VFW, Eagles, Knights of Columbus, and Illinois Police Association.
