Patricia was born Aug 30, 1932 to Urban and Ann (Tedrick) Schwermin in Effingham, Illinois.
She attended Effigham schools and graduated in 1950 from Effingham High School.
On Aug. 23, 1953, she married Lubert D. Hagen. To this union four children were born.
She is survived by 2 sons, Daniel of Charleston, Illiois, Lance of San Antonia, Texas. Two daughters, Peggy Hagen Lohman of Chicago, Illinois and Gail Hagen of Gastonia, North Carolina. Also surviving are four grandsons and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Shirley and her husband.
