- Cecil J. "K.O." Powless, 71, of Flora died Tuesday (March 2, 1982) in Fort Myers, Fla.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Flora Methodist Church. Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday in John T. Frank Funeral Home, Flora. Burial will be Elmwood Cemetery, Flora.
Mr. Powless was born in Wayne County, son of James and Daisy Powless. He and his son were the owners of Throg-Morton & Powless Pharmacy, Flora. He married Mildred Parish.
Surviving are his wife; sons, John of Madison, Wis.; Bob of Flora; daughter. Kay Stauffer of Champaign; brothers, Elmer and Floyd, both of Flora; Roy of Evansville, Ind.; sister, Ruby McGammon of Oklahoma City, Okla.; seven grandchildren.
