	In 1938 Harvey Anthony Smith died on the front porch of his daughter's home. His last words according to my father, were "I think I'll go to bed." He fell back on the porch when he tried to stand and died of a heart attack.
Burial	Frisco Cemetery, Frisco, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma
	The funeral was held in the school gym. Burial in the Frisco Cemetery where he lies in an unmarked grave. Two of his great-grandchildren have permission to place a stone in the cemetery, in rememberance of him.
