  Richard E. Perry, 63, of Flora, died Feb. 16, 1988, at John Cochran V. A. Hospital, St. Louis, MO. He was born July 15, 1924, in Cisne, IL; the son of Creed G. & Agnes McCracken Perry. He married Blanche Scheetz in 1946 in Enterprise. He was a truck driver for Caterpillar in Aurora. He was a World War II & Korean War Veteran, a member of the D.A.V. & the Cisne American legion. Surviving is his wife; four sons, Rick, Jim, Gary, and Harold; a daughter, Pamela Perry; six sisters, Mary Lou Platte, Audra Kunce, Ruth Bowen, Darlene Leathers, Magdeline Krutsinger, and Sandra Blohm; a brother, Creed Leon Perry; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant brothers, and one sister. Services were at the Hosselton, Bookhout & Englemeier Funeral Home with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
