  • Notes
    • She was converted when 18 years of age at Old Zion, and united with the Church at that place. Later she moved her membership to New Hope, where she remained a member till her death.
She had been afflicted for a long time, and at times her sufferings were almost more than she could bear, but she bore it patiently till the last, and has often been heard to say that she was ready to go when the Lord called.
She was a true faithful wife and a good mother, and nothing pleased her more than to know that her children were trying to serve the God she had served so long. She will be missed by those who knew her best.
