  Jason E. Coulter, 28, of Englewood, Fl, died August 14, 2004 in Charlotte County, Florida. Mr. Coulter was born January 22, 1976, in Hanford, CA, the son of Robert and Glenda Wattles Coulter. He was employed in high rise construction. Survivors include his parents; two brothers, Jeff and Jared Coulter; grandparents, Bob and Anna Mae Coulter and Pat Dulaney; and one aunt, Kathy Parsons.
