    • Grace A. Patterson, who had made her home the past several years with her granddaughter, Mrs. Danny thomann of Noble, died at the Olney Care Center. She was 85.

      Mrs. Patterson was born in Richland County, IL, October 29, 1890, daughter of Newton & Margaret Wease Taylor.

      She was a member of the Noble Christian Church and American Legion Auxiliary.

      In addition to the granddaughter, survivors include two daughters, Edith Bufkin & Cleo Moseley; a brother, Roy Taylor; a sister Pearl Carter; five other grandchildren & 13 great-grandchildren.

      Services were held at the Noble Chapel of the Cardascio Funeral Home with burial in the Noble Cemetery.
