Notes - Bruce Staser, 29, Clay City, died at 3 a.m. today at the Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana after a long illness.
Services will be at the Cardascio Funeral Home in Clay City Sunday at 2 p.m. with Bro. Mike Sweeney presiding. Visitation is from 4-9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial is in Clay City Cemetery.
Mr. Staser was born in Flora Aug. 22, 1951 to Robert and Cecil (Murbarger) Staser. He married Nellie F. Byrley Aug. 27, 1980.
He was a member of the Clay City Christian Church and the Olney FOP.
He is survived by a daughter, Sharon, Nobl; two brothers, Bill and Robert, both of Clay City; a sister, Mrs. Gene (Patricia) Workman, Clay City; and his mother, Mrs. Cecil Staser, Clay City.
He was preceded in death by his father; a sister; and a
brother.
