- Marjorie grew up on a farm in Preston Twp. and graduated from Olney Twp. High School in 1939. After which she graduated from Sanford Brown Business College in St. Louis, MO. She worked as a stenographer and last worked at Country Mutual Insurance Company and retired after 35 years of service.
Marjorie loved reading, poetry, painting, and her cats. Marjorie was the founding member of Tops Club IL 1374 and a lifetime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Olney. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
