  Mark B. Franklin, age 65, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018, in Clearwater, Florida. Mark was born April 20, 1953, in Olney, the son of Roy C. and Doris E. (Hunley) Franklin. He is survived by his siblings: Dallas Hemphill Land of Flora, Gary “Butch” Franklin (Becky) of Clay City, R.C. Franklin (Joann) of Clay City, and Barbara Cunningham (Don) of Olney; along with nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother: Floyd L. Franklin; and a brother-in-law: Bill Hemphill. A gathering to remember Mark’s life will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018, from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon at Frank & Bright Funeral Home in Flora. Memorial donations may be made to Fur A Good Paws and will be accepted through the funeral home.
