- Thomas F. Hardacre died at his residence, Sunday morning, at 9 o'clock. He took chill at Lawrenceville, the previous Monday, which proved to be the precursor of pneumonia and he never after left his bed. His condition was not considered alarming, although he was known to be dangerously sick, and Saturday
midnight he was thought to be better. In an hour, however, he was found to be rapidly sinking and soon after, he crossed the river.
