  Kay's devout faith in the Lord guided her to graciously serve others. Kay served the community as an educator and librarian at Noble Elementary School. In her younger years she and her husband enjoyed racing go-karts, and they took pleasure in annual fishing vacations to Minnesota with their family. Kay took great joy in being with her family and watching her children, grandchildren and niece grow into lively and successful adults. Kay was an avid reader and found great joy in sharing her love of books with her family and students. One of her greatest pleasures was the enjoyment she experienced as she watched her children, grandchildren and nieces and nephew grow and achieve their goals, while also finding their passion in life.
