  Earl "Bart" Richardson, 62, of Noble, Illinois, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021 at his residence. Bart was born June 19, 1959 in Clay County, Illinois, he was the 10th child of 12 children born to John and Allene (Burton) Richardson. Bart was a graduate of West Richland High School, class of 1977. He worked in Olney, Illinois at Roadmaster and Jabat. He was the 10th child of 12 children born to John and Allene (Burton) Richardson. Bart is survived by his brother, Jerry (Darlene) Richardson of Noble; brother, Jim (Julia) Richardson of Olney; sister, Eva (Rick) Toumbs of Chatham; sister, Ginger (Rick) Harper of Passport; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Kenny, Harold, Ronnie, Ike, and Gene Richardson; sisters, Pat Beal and Linda Harris; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
