  Gerald L. "Curly" Cook, 64, of Hazleton, IN, died March 4, 2006, at his home. Mr. Cook was born April 2, 1941 in Clay City, IL, the son of Leland and Lucy Cook of Flora. He married Audrene Cook. He was a retired mechanic for Ford Motor Co., and had worked as a trudk driver. He had lived in Hazleton, IN since 1987 and had previously lived in Tucson, AZ, and Princeton, IN. He was of the Methodist faith and was a member of the N.R.A. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Cindy and Pam Cox; three step-sons, Randy, Michael, and Joseph Peil; three sisters, Barbars Sons, Arlene Zenisek, and Darlene Grimsley; one brother, David Cook; 11 grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents and a brother, Allen Cook. Funeral services were held at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, IN with burial in Columbia (White Church) Cemetery.
