She was born on December 14, 1912 at Farmer City, daughter of Gene and Maggie (Frye) Atkisson. She married George Huffman on June 15, 1944 in Louisville. He survives.
Mrs. Huffman is also survived by a daughter, Joan Brattesani, Los Angeles, Calif.; two brothers, Edward Atkisson, Belleview, Texas and Leland Atkisson, Belmont, Wisc.; one sister, Helen Price, West Liberty and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
