Notes |
- Hazel brought a daughter Geneva Edwards into her marriage with Clinton. Geneva was adopted by Clinton and given the McDowell surname.
There is a tombstone next to Clinton's in the Hanna Cemetery in Noble, Illinois for Hazel. During a conversation with Carl Wayne Gray, Nella Grace McDowell told him that, at Geneva's request, Hazel is NOT buried there.
