    • Harley Oris Barnett, 92, of Burgin Manor, formerly of Noble, died at 6:05 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, 1987, at Burgin Manor.

      Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Hosselton Bookhout-Engelmeier Funeral Home in Noble, Brothers John Badertscher and Eric Brown presiding. Burial will follow in Hanna Cemetery, Noble, with full military rites at graveside.

      Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Monday (today) at the funeral home.

      Mr. Barnett was born Sept. 20, 1895, in Noble, the son of Columbus and Ellen (Rudder) Barnett.

      He married Grace Maddox on March 22, 1922. She died in 1966.

      He was a retired farmer, a member of the Non-Denominational Church, a World War I veteran and a member of the Noble American Legion.

      Mr. Barnett is survived by a daughter, Viola Toliver of Noble; a sister, Mrs. Emma Reed of Arvin, Calif.; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.

      Mr. Barnett was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two brothers and two sisters.
