  James Edgar Runyon, Sr., 76, of Olney, IL died March 17, 2004, at Richland Care and Rehab in Olney. Mr. Runyon was born on April 17, 1927, in Richland County, the son of William Bryan and Mary Effie Thomas Runyon. He married Mary Jane Luthe and she survives. He was a retired farmer. Mr. Runyon is survived by his wife; a son, James Edgar Runyon, Jr.; a daughter, Linda Runyon; three brothers, Larry, Richard, and Don Runyon; two sisters, Pauline Ryals and Helen Harris; and two grandchildren and two step-grandchildren. There were no services. Mr. Runyon donated his body to the ScienceCare Anatomical Program in Phoenix, AZ. Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney was in charge.
