She is survived by her loving children, Kelsie (Inskeep) Sterchi and Kory Inskeep; her cherished grandchildren, Knox Sterchi, Knolan Sterchi, Lilliana Inskeep, Emmerson Inskeep; and by Mya and Alayna Rushing, and Melanie Lacey, who were also special parts of her family. A graduate of East Richland High School, Pamela built a versatile career that reflected her caring nature and strong work ethic. Her work included roles in administration at the Olney Police Department, daycare services, and customer service. Beyond her professional life, one of her greatest callings was caring for those she loved, including her brother and father.
Pamela enjoyed crocheting, reading, spending time with family and friends, and creating meaningful memories with those around her. Her favorite places to travel were to Atlantic beaches and the Great Smoky Mountains. She was a true spitfire that held a sense of humor, and she was deeply devoted to her family. She will be especially remembered for making holidays magical, for her good cooking, token phrases, and for always being a steady source of love and support.
Pamelas legacy lives on in the family she adored and the lives she touched through her strength, laughter (cackle), and care. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
