- Harold was the son of Clarissa Gribble & James Taylor Cooper. He married Beatrice Jewel Sunday and was the father of Patricia A Cooper & James Loran Cooper. Harold was in the Army Air Corp, stationed in Hawaii when Pearl Harbor was bombed. He spent most of WW II in the Pacific theater setting up radio installations on newly occupied islands.
He reached the rank of captain during the war. After his retirement from the Air Force he worked at Riverside County Airport repairing and maintaining aircraft radios.
