- Lester retired after working for 20 years as a janitor at Central Noble School Corporation. After retirement he went back to work at BRC Rubber in Ligonier.
When he was 16 years old, with the permission of his mother, he joined the US Navy during World War II and served aboard the USS Yellowstone.
He was a longtime student of the Les Feldick Ministries and on Saturday he passed his final exam.
