  Lori Nell Herdes, 10 year old daughter of Jack and Sammie Nell Herdes, of Clay City, passed away Sunday at 7 a m. after a long period of illness. She is survived by her parents; three sisters, Vicki Lea, Suzanne and Jan Elizabeth. Her paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Leo Herdes of Noble, and her maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Abernathy of Clay City. Funeral services will be held at the Clay City Baptist church with Rev. Sam Motsinger assisted by Rev. J. N.Presley in charge. Burial will be at Clay City cemetery.
