Notes |
- Leland Dale Jennings passed away in the St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville, Indiana, the son of Elmer and Fern (Fiscus) Jennings. He married Geneva Rasico and she survived him.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
He was a retired toolkeeper for Texaco Inc., and was a member of the American Legion, Forty and Eight, and the Moose.
In addition to his wife, he was survived by two sons, Floyd and John Jennings; a brother, Harold Jennings; two sisters, Velna Sivert and Norma Wilson; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Veris 'Bud' Jennings and an infant brother.
Graveside services for Leland Dale Jennings were held on August 2, 2000 in the Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery south of Lawrenceville, Illinois.
