- Thomas Cook, 44, of Olney, died at 5:35 a.m. Saturday, November 13, 2010, at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.
There will be no funeral services. Rogers-Atkins Funeral Home in Salem is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Cook was born April 20, 1966, in Flora, the son of Lewis R. Cook, Sr. and Mildred P. (Cannon) Cook. He married Henrietta cook and they later divorced. She survives in Olney.
He was an assembler at Doris Brother Trophies.
Mr. Cook is survived b his daughter, Dusti Davis; stepson, Tim Canady of Olney; grandchildren, Seqouia Davis, Kellie Canady and Braydon Canady of Olney and Daylon Bates of Clay City; four sisters, Loretta Petticourt of Tennessee, Elizabeth Dieckmann of Texas, Mariann Kelly of Johnsonville and Abby Best of Boyd; and two brothers, Jim Cook of Iuka and Edward cook of Olney.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis R. Cook, Sr. and Mildred P. Cook and a brother, Lewis R. Cook, Jr.
