• Notes

  Alice June Cannon of Olney, formerly of Flora, IL died at Richland Memorial Hospital. She was born in Mt. Erie, the daughter of Joseph and Florence Caldwell Mitchell. She married Billy E. Cannon December 27, 1945, in Clay City and he survives. Besides her husband, she is survived by four sons, Wesley, Richard, Dennis, and Steve; a daughter, Linda Ainley; a sister, Charlene Tackitt; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Mrs. Cannon was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters. Services were at Frank & Bright Funeral Home in Flora. Burial was in Clay City Cemetery. (Published Olney Daily Mail)
